MOLEKULE is a project about MOVE, REST, MOBILITY and FUN. The set of furniture for relaxation intended to the rest area in the office spaces especially for big corporations.

People spend almost 2 000 hours every year at workplace, usually at their desk at the office. This frightening statistics and our sedentary lifestyle has showed that we need a space, in which we could deal with stress during everyday life. The recreation space for offices is the most ignored - treated as dispensable luxury. That is why MOLEKULE was designed to encourage a person working at the desk to rest in informal position.


Description:

MOLEKULE is an organic form out of three bouncy spheres fastened together with a flexible cover, with zippers. Furniture is very light, puffy, portable and can be packed into a small box.
MOLEKULE gives user the opportunity to gain a variety of body positions. The user can sit on it in many different ways which gives a choice of the sitting position. Vivid colors was chosen to stimulate and contrast with the gray labor rooms. Moreover, MOLEKULE can be combined to form a chain of molecules.
